Dear Fellow Neighbors,
I want to take a moment to thank everyone who participated in the recent HOA election and to express my gratitude to those who supported my candidacy. While I was not elected this time, I remain committed to our community and will continue to stay engaged in the decisions that impact our neighborhood.
During my previous three-year term on the board, I attended every monthly meeting and worked diligently to serve our community. I ultimately resigned within a month of my term ending due to liability concerns. However, I strongly believe that homeowners should be well-informed about board decisions, especially those that may lead to increased costs for our neighborhood.
To that end, I will periodically send updates regarding specific board decisions that could impact our community financially. Some key issues to be aware of include:
• Bob Galer Project – Up to $500k: A significant investment that will have long-term financial implications for the HOA over several years.
• Landscape Contractor Renewal: The decision on whether to continue with the current contractor or explore new bids.
• Security Contractor Renewal: Evaluating cost and service quality to ensure the best use of HOA funds.
This platform will serve as a resource for homeowners who want to stay informed about board decisions, upcoming costs, and other important community issues.
